Return & Exchange Policy
We offer a 7-day return policy on eligible products, starting from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following conditions:
- The product should be unused and in its original packaging.
- The product must include all original tags, manuals, and accessories (if applicable).
- You must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order number).
- The product should not be damaged or altered in any way.
Please note:
- Faults caused by the customer, such as misuse, physical damage, or improper handling, will not be eligible for return or exchange.
- Some products may not come with any warranty, and such items will not be covered for return or exchange unless faulty upon delivery.
- Certain items like undergarments, perishable goods, or customized products are not eligible for returns due to hygiene reasons.
If your return is accepted, we will arrange for a pickup or ask you to send the product back to us, and we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days.
